Are your stores open?
At Level 4, our stores in Auckland and Christchurch are closed. When we move to Level 3 our online store will be open for purchases with delivery by Apparel Line to your door.

How will operations be undertaken safely?
There will be minimum number of workers dealing with online orders, and they will be from an existing bubble with two bubble extensions. At least one metre social distancing will apply and we will also implement and maintain good hygiene practices such as frequent handwashing, use of hand sanitiser and regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces.

The W Room will record who is working together and limit interaction between different groups of workers. In Alert Level 3, employees who can work from home must continue to do so.

What about Jonathan Adler products?
Due to special packaging requirements supply of Jonathon Adler items via courier freight will not be available until after COVID Level 2 is in place.

How do I know which size is right when I shop online?
Note that sizing depends largely on garment fit and whether an item is designed for oversized or fitted wear. If you need help selecting the correct size, contact our friendly Benson Road staff on the phone or via email and they’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or change my mind?
We adhere to a NO RETURNS policy on SALE items, however we are more than happy to offer a full refund or store credit for returns on full-priced items. If for some reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, check out our returns policy and then contact the Benson Road staff on the phone or via email within seven days of receiving your order to arrange the return of your purchase and a full refund. Please note: all returns are at your own expense except for Jonathan Adler.
